This is a peaceful and safe guided meditation. However, if at any time you feel that you no longer want to participate, all you need to do is to stop the track. You may experience emotions on this Journey. Emotions are not bad; sometimes we have to walk through them to get to the other side. However, if an emotion becomes too much, it’s okay to stop the MP3 and process it through journaling or by talking to someone, particularly if you are in therapy.
