Walk With Me…
WHERE? To the Inner Realms. To the Universe. To connect to Inner Healing. To the Under World Universe. To the Sun and Moon and back. To Forever. Or, to stand still. The choices are endless.
WHY? To connect to the All…the Nothing. To meet Wise Beings who have words of wisdom to offer. To explore Earth, Air, Fire or Water. Or, North, East, South, West. To see the Forest through the Trees—or to just really see the Trees. To find You, in the midst of all the hustle, bustle and clutter in what we call Life. Or, to lose You and just Be.
I have a map. And, with you, I can take that map out of my pocket, we can mount our steeds, and be off—learning what we need to learn, seeing the big picture, and connecting to that which we are to connect.

This section contains steps of connecting to within via a Shamanistic Path. The depth of the guidance and blogs begin at the Foundational level, taking you down a path that ends at the deepest, yet widest and most profound level. Whether you are just beginning to explore the other realms or have delved into them from your own belief system, you may start wherever you want to or make your own path. Foundational
This is an introductory and foundational journey to guide you in connecting the Heavens to the Earth. Most of the other Guided Journeys utilize it as a way to relax and begin each journey, so it is an excellent place to start.
Transitions & Transformation
By using Inner Guidance, we can make the stages of life flow more positively. As we sort through all of our options, a Guided Journey can help us make more positive choices and gently move into new ways of being.
Circle of Life
Moving more into the deeply spiritual, we incorporate the energy of the circle of the day, month, and year. These energies are primarily of the Sun and the Moon and of North, East, South and West. I will guide you to these energies so you may experience them for knowledge, healing, and growth.
InWorld Connections
The InWorld Connections of the Shaman and Alchemists move even more deeply into the spiritual. These guided journeys take you to the Other Worlds—beyond time, space, and dimension, through the portals of the North-Earth, East-Air, South-Fire, and West-Water, helping you to develop and enhance skills for inner health and unity.
Essence
Essence is about the Essence of All and of Nothing—of Being and of Not Being. It is where I explore and learn and gift you with some of what I have learned.
