The Learning the Path Guided Journey Set includes an introduction and two InWorld journeys. The first one—Foundation of the Circle of Life—is a guided exploration of the Shaman’s Inner World based on the Celtic Shaman InWorld map. The second—An Invitation to the Suns of Both Worlds—is a further exploration into the realm of the Shaman.
These are peaceful and safe guided meditations. However, if at any time you feel that you no longer want to participate, all you need to do is to stop the tracks. You may experience emotions on these Journeys. Emotions are not bad; sometimes we have to walk through them to get to the other side. However, if an emotion becomes too much, it’s okay to stop the MP3 and process it through journaling or by talking to someone, particularly if you are in therapy.
